This intense class is extremely different from any other tea course you will take. This is a business course. Giving you the business skills to make it a profitable business, learning the in’s and outs of financing, easy marketing tools you can do yourself for less money and many other time and money saving tips. If you are opening a tea room you already know how to make sandwiches and other items. We will touch on this, and our Chef, Steve, will give you some great ideas while going over the kitchen portion of our program. You can know how to make the best sandwiches in the world and present them very creatively, but without knowing how to “run” the business, you will fail.
Upon purchase and attending this weekend course, you will not be sent out there on your own like every other course. I want to be with you and work with you as a mentor, sounding board, and inspiration to get your dreams into reality and be successful. This course includes 6 months of unlimited email consulting.
So many great classes out there, but they all just “touch” on topics and don’t give you real “specifics” like Savannah’s Summit Weekend! You get home with your workbook and notes and are totally overwhelmed, still don’t know what to do and then end up not following your dream or doing it and failing because you don’t have the business tools to make it. I keep the classes very small so I can give individual attention as well as with the group. I don’t give workbooks because they are a waste of your money. • Continental Breakfast with Sunday morning class
We will discuss the different tea rooms. You will have classes in our tea room and will bring you into our kitchen. We will give you vendors, we will show you storage, and we will show shortcuts to make your life easier. Your kitchen is very important and your design must “flow” with the kinds of dishes you will be serving. Many people overlook this and are sorry later because kitchens are very expensive, so do it right the first time!
